Year 11 of the NLF Futures at IMG brought out a ton of the best talent in the country across the 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 classes.
That included a 10-team group of 2028s looking to leave a great early impression as they head into their recruiting year. Ohio State dropped two of its first three games, then rallied back with a trio of impressive wins to win the camp. That included a 10-4 win over North Carolina in the final. Jimmy Bolander (The Woodlands, Texas / West Coast Starz) paced the OSU offense in the final with a hat trick. Teak Winslow (Governor’s Academy, Mass. / Laxachusetts) and Teddy Whitehouse (Rumson-Fair Haven, N.J. / Leading Edge) each tallied twice in the victory. Defenseman Mason Kennedy (Lassiter, Ga. / Thunder) buried a showstopper of a BTB goal in transition.
The Eclipse specialist tandem of faceoff midfielder Gavin Giordano (Notre Dame West Haven, Conn.) and Graham Zorumski (Brunswick, Conn.) both shined in the win. Both earned spots on the 20-player all-tournament team.
